Mitch De Veer

Registered Clinical Naturopath

Mitch De Veer is a registered clinical naturopath based on the Gold Coast, specialising in mental health and the mind-body connection. Originally from Europe, she moved to Australia over a decade ago, where she studied naturopathic medicine and built her private practice.

Alongside her clinical work, Mitch has experience as a mental health support worker, giving her firsthand insight into neurodivergence and a range of mental health presentations. She brings this understanding into her naturopathic care, taking a terrain-first, root-cause approach to understanding each client’s individual needs.

Mitch uses functional testing, including blood pathology, comprehensive gut and hormone panels, and genetic testing such as COMT, to help understand factors contributing to anxiety, mood, and fatigue. Her approach is evidence-informed and individualised, with a focus on realistic and sustainable changes that support each client’s path to feeling well.

Mitch works alongside the MindMap Connections team, offering naturopathic support that complements our counselling and mental health services.
