Our Services

Child, Adolescent & Adult

Mental healthcare

Mindmap Connections is a private integrated, evidence-informed mental health care service based in Frankston South and Telehealth, that considers the psychological, biological, and environmental factors influencing wellbeing.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that mental health concerns rarely arise from a single cause. Effective support requires a comprehensive approach that addresses emotional patterns, nervous system functioning, lifestyle factors, and physical health influences.

We develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and circumstances .
