FAQs

  • At Mindmap Connections, we are guided by a whole-person approach to mental health — recognising the interconnection between mind, body, and environment. Our multidisciplinary team brings together diverse clinical and allied expertise to provide coordinated, integrative care tailored to the needs of each individual and family.

We understand that effective therapy takes many forms. It may involve thoughtful conversation, careful listening, structured intervention, reflective insight, skills development, or practical strategies to support emotional regulation and daily functioning. For some, progress involves learning new ways of thinking; for others, it involves processing experiences, improving relationships, or restoring balance across life domains.

    Our services include:

    • Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

    • Trauma-informed Therapy

    • Relationship and Couples Counselling

    • Adolescent Therapy

    • Family and Parenting Support

    • Therapeutic Group Programs

    • Somatically informed approaches where appropriate

In keeping with our integrative model, we also collaborate with trusted practice partners in complementary health disciplines, including naturopathy and nutrition, when biological or lifestyle factors are relevant to mental wellbeing.

In addition to clinical services, we offer structured group programs, psychoeducational workshops, and community events designed to build skills, insight, and connection in a supportive environment.
